[Responsibilities]

- Drive business enhancements by developing, optimizing, and modernizing mission-critical back-end systems
- Provide 24/7 operational support, including incident triage, RCA, SLA management, and ticket resolution for production issues
- Design, implement, and maintain external reporting solutions and interface integrations
- Perform advanced SQL tuning and performance optimization for databases exceeding 200TB
- Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views
- Develop and automate workloads using ESP or similar scheduling tools
- Utilize AI tools such as Copilot, Generative AI, and Agentic AI for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in technical transformations and cloud migration initiatives

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 7+ years' hands-on experience with Oracle 10g/11g PL/SQL (complex packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views)
- Strong expertise in performance tuning for large databases (200TB+)
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux, Perl, and Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Copilot, Generative AI, Agentic AI
- Workload automation experience (ESP or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

[Preferred Skills]

- Experience with Java/J2EE programming
- Exposure to billing or telecom software development methodologies
- Previous involvement in cloud computing initiatives
