Job DescriptionHow will you make an impact in this role?This Phoenix, AZ based role will support the ongoing governance and oversight of strategic third parties within our Public Cloud category. The successful candidate will partner closely with Technology, Global Supply Management (Procurement), Legal, and other internal stakeholders to support multiple vendor management activities, contract administration, reporting, and operational processes.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in vendor management, sourcing, third-party risk, or technology operations who can help drive effective vendor engagement strategies, support governance activities, and contribute to our cost optimization and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end vendor management activities for Public Cloud partners including contract governance, risk reviews, cost tracking, reporting etc.
- Support ongoing relationship management of key vendor partners in the program, including responsibility for Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM).
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews with our key partnerships.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate across technology and business teams to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and vendor-related initiatives.
- Provide your expertise and engage with internal and external partners to understand trends in the industry and create a point of view on competitive pricing, delivery locations, and emerging opportunities/risks.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with cloud concepts and/or vendor management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Program management experience to build strategic roadmaps, facilitate delivery transformation etc.
- Contract administration, vendor governance, or third-party risk management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid office (3x a week) work setting.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard tools.
- Cloud certification(s) or course material.
