What you'll be doing...In this role as a leader on the VCG CSO team, you will drive maximum revenue growth by expertly managing operational functions. You will lead a skilled team and take ownership of key factors driving channel success. Your focus will include identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, performance metrics, and sales outcomes, ensuring comprehensive support for both headquarters and field leadership. Additionally, you will design strategies aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction and retention. Here are some of the key items you'll own as the Associate Director of CSO WFP Operations:
- Serve as the primary business owner for UKG Pro Scheduling, overseeing program management, system transformation, and field-driven enhancements in alignment with legal and corporate policy
- Leading the evolution, transformation and operational enablement of vLM tool
- Manage emergent field requirements and ad hoc situational support
- Oversee the end-to-end management of HR-related requests
- Leverage quantitative analysis to refine forecasting accuracy and uncover operational efficiencies
- Apply an innovative AI and transformational mindset to solve business challenges
- Develop and sustain comprehensive reporting and analytical resources
- Foster and manage high-impact cross-functional partnerships
- Drive the execution of strategic projects at a national scale
- Deliver clear and impactful communications tailored to diverse stakeholders
- Curate and present compelling narratives and strategic perspectives to the executive leadership team

You'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience creating executive presentations and presenting to executive teams.
- Experience analyzing data in SQL and GCP/Data Warehouses.
- Experience in project and program management, strategic planning, and leadership.
- Project management experience with end-to-end execution ownership, spanning from initial conception to final delivery.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel 50% of the time.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $103,000.00 - $198,000.00.
