What You Will Do:In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating delivery across a complex enterprise data analytics and AI platform supporting diplomacy. You'll help teams translate needs into actionable work items, manage dependencies, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, enjoys problem-solving in dynamic environments, and can drive structured follow-through across technical and non-technical teams.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree
- SIX (6) or more years' professional experience in consulting, product/platform management, project coordination, or Agile delivery including:
- THREE (3) or more years' working on Agile projects and hands-on experience using an Agile work-management tool (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- TWO (2) or more years' maintaining delivery documentation and providing executive level status reporting.
- TWO (2) or more years' experience in contracts, budget, delivery resources, and cross-functional teams
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry's core platform concepts (e.g., ontology objects, workshops, and other applications).
- Experience coordinating work across multiple product teams, including engineering, data, and operations.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with complex dependencies, across multiple contractors, and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
