Roles & Responsibilities - We are seeking a Senior ScrumMaster to lead Agile delivery execution for our global eCommerce web platform. This individual will play a critical role in driving delivery excellence across multiple cross-functional teams supporting customer-facing digital experiences, web applications, integrations, and enterprise commerce initiatives.
- The Senior ScrumMaster will serve as a leader and delivery partner responsible for improving team performance, enabling scalable Agile practices, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring predictable execution across large-scale digital initiatives. This role requires strong experience operating within fast-paced eCommerce environments and partnering with global technology and business stakeholders.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Project Management.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams supporting the global eCommerce platform and related digital initiatives
- Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Drive execution and delivery alignment across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product Owners and leadership teams to ensure prioritization, sprint readiness, and roadmap alignment
- Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies impacting timelines or release quality
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement
- Drive Agile maturity initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization
- Support enterprise release planning and coordination for high-visibility eCommerce production deployments
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down trends, release readiness, and quality indicators
- Facilitate communication and executive-level reporting for project status, delivery health, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering teams to ensure testing, defect management, and quality gates are embedded within sprint execution
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead coordination efforts across global and offshore delivery teams operating in multiple time zones
- Maintain Agile governance, reporting, dashboards, and documentation within Jira and Confluence
- Create executive dashboards, sprint analytics, release reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation using Jira and Confluence
Salary Range-$90,000-$120,000 a year
