Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage pipeline within target accounts and markets
- Run discovery calls, product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Work partner referral leads and self-generate new opportunities
- Identify customer needs and position software solutions effectively
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast tracking in CRM
- Partner with sales, marketing, implementation, and account management teams
Requirements- B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or software
- Proven new business / hunter sales background
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, demo, negotiation, and closing skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Ability to clearly speak to sales metrics, pipeline, deal size, and sales cycle
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience such as Salesforce, Clari, HubSpot, or similar
- Stable tenure with at least 2 years in recent roles
Preferred- Experience selling into trades, field service, construction, home services, or similar industries
- Partner channel or referral-based sales experience
- Experience with territory development, onsite meetings, or local market prospecting
- Fast-paced, high-growth SaaS sales experience
Compensation / Schedule- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
- OTE range: $160K-$240K+
- Full-time opportunity based in Miami, FL
- Standard US business hours
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 - Uncapped Commission Structure
