Overview
The Account Director is focused on building and nurturing client relationships. They will be responsible for the success, growth, and profitability of client accounts and enable client retention and new business potential.
Responsibilities
• Lead and actively contribute to the account planning process
• Leverage industry, agency, and technical knowledge to align products and services to meet existing and prospective client business needs (beginning to look beyond organic growth)
• Consistently strengthen and add value to clients and actively forge new relationships
• Drive ongoing improvements in client satisfaction by ensuring client needs are heard and actively engaging in solutions and forward-thinking strategies
Qualifications
• 8+ years of integrated media experience
• Experience managing diverse portfolios and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to continuously problem solve complex business challenges and service clients

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $174,300.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
