Careers in Human Resources

Human Resources professionals are responsible for managing the organization and administration of all aspects of employee resources. From salaries and benefits, to safety and hiring, HR professionals administer knowledge, options, support and advice to all employees, while taking direction and reporting back to senior management, which increasingly includes the HR business partners who work with senior management, helping formulate operational and other strategies. Qualifications ideally include a degree in HR or a related degree.
