Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities or workplace operations management
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing and guiding teams
• Expertise in managing vendors and external contractors across multiple sites
• Capability to plan and oversee budgets for multi-site operations
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable in workplace environments
• Excellent organizational and reporting capabilities
• Strong collaborative ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bilingual in English and French, with professional proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance operations teams for workspace upkeep
• Plan and manage maintenance activities to maintain consistent standards
• Oversee external contractors for renovation and improvement initiatives
• Manage service providers in collaboration with local teams
• Define and maintain a national maintenance and project budget
• Establish annual maintenance programs for studio environments
• Support art preservation initiatives for the Ubisoft Montreal program
• Monitor equipment and materials inventory and manage orders as needed
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all sites
• Travel to different studio locations to assist with operations
