In this role, the Workforce & Portfolio Planning Analyst partners with stakeholders to track IT portfolio investments, maintain budget forecasts, and support workforce planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Support IT annual and quarterly planning activities, including budget development, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Prepare IT portfolio, financial, and workforce reporting for leadership reviews and governance meetings.
- Track portfolio financials and monitor budget performance against approved plans.
- Analyze resource capacity, staffing levels, and workforce demand to identify potential gaps and risks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools that provide insights into portfolio health, spending, and resource utilization and escalate issues, risks, or variances as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and workforce management processes through automation and process improvement.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
