In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to RGP clients and internal stakeholders, owning end-to-end Workday solution architecture across implementations, acquisitions, and post-production environments. You will play a critical role in large-scale, multi-phase deployments, ensuring solutions align with business strategy, governance standards, and long-term roadmap objectives.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution architecture for RGP clients, including global, multi-entity implementations, phased deployments, and HR transformations
  • Serve as the functional and technical architecture lead across Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll (partner), Reporting, Security, and Integrations
  • Design scalable enterprise Workday architectures, consolidating legacy HR systems and establishing Workday as the system of record
  • Architect and deliver M&A and acquisition integrations, including workforce conversions, security models, data governance, and repeatable acquisition playbooks
  • Partner with client HR, IT, Security, and Finance leaders to define governance, compliance, and control frameworks, including SOX and IT controls
  • Lead post-production stabilization and optimization, including release management, roadmap planning, regression testing, and enhancement prioritization
  • Design and oversee Workday integrations and APIs, including third-party vendors, identity and access management (SSO), and downstream systems
  • Drive data governance, reporting, and executive analytics, enabling insight-driven decisions for HR and executive leadership

  • Demonstrated experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, Senior HCM Architect, or Functional/Technical Lead on large-scale, global implementations
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, Security, and Integrations
  • Proven success leading multi-phase global deployments, large workforce conversions (10,000+ employees), and HR system consolidations
  • Strong background in post-go-live governance, release management, stabilization, and continuous improvement
  • Experience designing secure, compliant Workday architectures, including role-based security, audit frameworks, and segregation of duties
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions while influencing senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship, no C2C.

What You Can Expect

  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
