Time and Labor Senior Analyst

The Time and Labor Analyst is responsible for ensuring daily tasks are delivered
to ensure service levels for our clients are met. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and process tasks as needed in a very timely manner. Understand
Time and Labor management concepts such as paid time off (PTO) management, and time entry. Along with being able to understand and ensure companies are following municipal and federal rules and regulations regarding all aspects of time related concepts (hours worked, time off, short term leaves, etc...) .
Job Responsibilities:
• Support Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping
systems including:
o Requirements
o Testing
o Roll-out
• Support Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems.
• Ensuring all processes are being followed by the team
• Support for any ad hoc reporting
• Monitor and recommend actions to enable teams to meet Service
Level Goals
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:
• Understanding of workforce management concepts
• Strong working knowledge of time entry systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Able to travel up to 10% if needed

Preferred Experience:
• Working knowledge of timekeeping
• 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:
$110,180.00 - $204,620.00
