About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to lead the administration, enhancement, and long-term optimization of its enterprise Workday platform. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Technology, and business leaders to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and support future HR technology initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building scalable solutions, and serving as the internal Workday expert.

Location: Hybrid schedule within the Washington metropolitan area.
