Req ID: 383027 We are currently seeking a Sys. Integration Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: " Lead complex Windows OS Engineering initiatives focused on Windows Server platform modernization, image lifecycle, patch automation, compliance, and operational readiness. rchitect and improve Windows Server golden image pipelines for on-premises virtualization, bare-metal, and public cloud environments. Lead Windows Server 2025 engineering readiness, production release activities, lifecycle documentation, layered product alignment, and catalog readiness. Design and implement automated image creation and validation workflows using tools such as Packer, GitHub Actions, Ansible, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps-aligned processes. Lead Windows patch and update engineering improvements, including WSUS-related capabilities, update orchestration, validation, rollback patterns, and change-control alignment. Drive Windows security baseline implementation, GPO configuration governance, CIS-aligned controls, drift detection, remediation automation, and audit-ready evidence generation. Partner with security, risk, cloud, operations, software delivery, storage, virtualization, and application teams to ensure Windows platforms are secure, supportable, observable, and consumable at scale. Improve integration of enterprise tooling in Windows images, including monitoring, logging, endpoint/security controls, vulnerability scanning, certificate trust, Azure Arc, MECM/SCCM, and related operational agents. Lead automation parity improvements across Windows and Linux OS Engineering where common patterns can reduce risk and increase consistency. Provide technical oversight for RackN/bare-metal provisioning, hardware certification, storage certification, failover clustering, and platform enablement activities. Mentor engineers, review technical designs, guide troubleshooting, and establish reusable engineering standards and runbooks. Use observability and analytics to improve Windows image build success/failure tracking, patch outcomes, compliance visibility, and proactive issue detection. "
