JOB SUMMARY

Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiative, program and / or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs. Assists in policy and program planning, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.

Support service design and implementation activities (Discover 12 Deliver phases) at the clinic sites

Perform project management activities and stakeholder coordination, including meeting coordination, documentation, and communication across UCSF teams, eConsult vendor, and clinic sites

Assist with UI/UX optimization and usability testing efforts under the direction of the Service Designer

Support workflow assessments, pilot implementation, and continuous improvement activities, including gathering input and documenting findings

Provide administrative and operational support to the WestGEN Program Director (PD), including communications and day-to-day program activities

Support eConsult data collection and basic data management, including compiling, tracking, and organizing data from the vendor and clinic sites

Provide cross-team coordination and general research/program support, including tracking tasks and assisting with deliverables
