Job Summary
The W-Procurement Systems Expert will provide hands-on expertise in procurement technology, Source-to-Pay, and Procure-to-Pay systems within a banking or financial services environment. The role will focus on designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing procurement intake, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, purchasing, and spend management processes. The consultant will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and other business stakeholders to integrate procurement platforms with enterprise applications and support procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, design, implement, and optimize W-Procurement and Source-to-Pay solutions.
• Design and implement procurement intake, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, purchasing, and spend management processes.
• Support modern procurement platforms such as Omnea, Zip, or comparable intake-to-procure solutions.
• Design and support integrations with ERP, Finance, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, and Sourcing systems.
• Develop and support APIs, workflow automation, data integrations, and enterprise application integrations.
• Analyze existing procurement processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support procurement technology transformation initiatives within a regulated enterprise environment.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for procurement solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot system, workflow, integration, and data-related issues and support ongoing platform improvements.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement Technology, Source-to-Pay, or Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Omnea, Zip, or comparable W-Procurement/intake-to-procure platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing procurement intake, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, purchasing, and spend management processes.
• Strong understanding of integrations with ERP, Finance, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, and Sourcing systems.
• Experience with APIs, workflow automation, data integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Experience supporting procurement technology transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
• Experience optimizing procurement workflows and integrating modern procurement platforms with enterprise systems.
