Full Job Description
Vice President, Oncology Clinical Solutions to lead strategic market access initiatives that leverage clinical insight, provider behavior, and real-world evidence. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping how oncology therapies are evaluated, positioned, and accessed across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

The VP will leverage deep clinical expertise and drug utilization management experience to guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics. This role also plays a critical leadership function in advancing OncoGenius, Precision AQ's proprietary oncology market intelligence platform, and translating provider insights into actionable strategies that improve product access and adoption.

Lastly, this role is member of Precision's Access Experience Team (AET), our on-staff decision-makers and influencers with experience spanning health plans, specialty pharmacy, PBMs and provider organizations.

Strategic Client Leadership
  • As a member of the Precision AET, engage with assigned clients in seamless collaboration with agency colleagues
    • Provide strategic insights to optimize market access objectives by navigating competitive challenges within the payer and provider ecosystem
    • Engage in strategic planning, tactic ideation, creation and execution
  • Oversee OncoGenius deliverable parameters, completion and client delivery
  • Lead development and annual updates to syndicated reports
  • Direct client training education and utilization for portfolio OncoGenius solutions
  • Develop ad hoc research projects to solve client strategic needs

Market Research and Client Delivery
  • Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needs
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content
  • Provide "voice of customer (VOC)" insights to engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius solutions based on client interactions and market intelligence

Business Development Support:
  • Partner with Business Development to support client pitches, proposal development and onboarding
  • Conduct strategic assessments of client portfolios and assets to identify market access opportunities
  • Contribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership (publications, webinars, conferences)

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Lead and develop team members to achieve business and strategic objectives
  • Travel approximately 20%


Requirements/Qualifications
  • Deep clinical expertise in oncology. PharmD, BCOP preferred
  • 10+ years of clinical oncology or oncology administration experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug utilization management and related IT platforms that govern formularies, EHR treatment plans and pathways as an access decision-maker
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access

Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and engagement skills for small and large audiences
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business impact
  • Proficiency with analytics, survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to mentor junior staff

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
