Vice President - Supply Chain, Americas

Opportunity

This position is responsible for leading the AmericasRegional Supply Chain organization to industry-leading levels of demandplanning, customer fulfillment, service reliability, logistics performance,inventory deployment, organizational efficiency, and customer experience.

The leader sets the regional supply chain agenda for Kitchen& Bath Americas by translating customer, channel, and market prioritiesinto clear demand signals, differentiated fulfillment capabilities, servicecommitments, and operating routines that strengthen growth, loyalty, andbusiness performance.

This role serves as the senior regional voice of thecustomer and market within the consolidated Global Supply Chain model, ensuringAmericas requirements are represented in planning governance while regionalexecution remains focused on customer-facing supply chain excellence.

The leader is expected to create competitive differentiationthrough benchmark supply chain practices, AI-enabled execution, digitaloperating tools, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement of fulfillmentspeed, visibility, reliability, and productivity.
This individual will build a high-performing organizationthat embraces new technologies, simplifies work, improves decision speed, anddelivers sustained progress in service, cost, cash, responsiveness, customerexperience, and organizational effectiveness.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Set the Americas regional supply chainstrategy, operating priorities, and performance agenda to support businessgrowth, customer loyalty, and Global Supply Chain objectives.
  • Lead Demand Planning and commercialintegration, improving forecast accuracy, forecast value-add, demand signalquality, and market intelligence across customer, channel, product, andpromotional inputs.
  • Represent Americas demand, customer, andchannel requirements within enterprise S&OP, supply planning, inventory,and governance processes while maintaining clear regional accountability forcustomer-facing execution.
  • Create industry-leading customer fulfillmentcapabilities that improve order visibility, delivery reliability,responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Position supply chain as a source of regionalcompetitive advantage by elevating the customer experience through fulfillmentexcellence, proactive service design, and disciplined operating routines.
  • Lead Americas Customer Service,Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, Inventory Deployment, Logistics, andregional supply chain continuous improvement with a focus on differentiatedcustomer experience and productive cost-to-serve.
  • Direct regional inventory deployment andproduct availability priorities to balance service, working capital, customercommitments, and channel requirements across the fulfillment network.
  • Establish executive performance managementroutines and metrics that connect forecast quality, fulfillment reliability,customer service, logistics productivity, inventory health, cost, cash, andcustomer experience.
  • Continuously benchmark industry-leading supplychain, demand planning, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, and customerservice practices; translate external insights into practical capabilityimprovements for Kohler.
  • Champion AI-enabled planning, predictiveinsights, automation, workflow simplification, and digital operating tools thatstrengthen execution discipline, accelerate decisions, reduce manual effort,and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Sponsor digital, analytics, automation, andprocess capabilities that improve planning effectiveness, fulfillmentvisibility, network productivity, and customer-facing performance.
  • Build a high-performing regional leadershipteam with clear accountability, strong succession depth, and the capability topartner across Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, Purchasing, Sourcing, andGlobal Supply Chain.
  • Lead change with clarity and pace, simplifyingways of working, strengthening functional excellence, and creating a culture ofinnovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and trustedcross-functional collaboration.


Skills/Requirements

  • Extensive experienceas a senior supply chain leader with demonstrated success in demand planning,customer fulfillment, logistics, distribution, customer service, inventorydeployment, and regional supply chain performance.
  • Proven ability to set strategy, buildenterprise alignment, translate business priorities into operating plans, anddeliver measurable improvement across service, cost, cash, growth, and customerexperience.
  • Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, Sales &Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, demandmanagement, product availability, inventory deployment, and customerfulfillment processes.
  • Experience leading modern logistics,warehouse, distribution, transportation, and customer service operationssupported by strong systems, analytics, operating routines, and performancemetrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to benchmark externalbest practices and convert industry-leading processes, technologies, andoperating models into practical capability improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI,automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to improve planningeffectiveness, execution quality, productivity, decision speed, andorganizational efficiency.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability toconnect regional supply chain decisions to commercial performance, operatingcost, inventory investment, cash, and customer outcomes.
  • History of building high-performing leadershipteams, developing talent, strengthening succession depth, and improvingorganizational capability in a complex matrix environment.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, advanced planningsystems, WMS/TMS capabilities, analytics tools, digital supply chain platforms,AI-enabled planning tools, and customer-facing fulfillment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with theability to influence senior leaders, align cross-functional stakeholders, andrepresent the function with credibility to customers and external partners.
  • Strategic and practical leadership style withthe ability to establish direction, simplify complexity, drive accountability,and deliver sustained performance improvement.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
