The Opportunity:
As the Vice President, Department of War (DoW) Mission Technology for the Network & Infrastructure Technology Division, for the Digital & Network Technology Line of Business, you will be responsible for the growth and strategic management of this organization. This $250M+ portfolio is comprised of programs committed to providing mission technologies, innovative solutions, client enhancements and capabilities providing operational efficiencies supporting major DoW Agencies. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Network & Infrastructure Technology and oversee the strategy, including operational execution, new and existing business growth, marketing and resourcing, employee engagement and customer excellence.
Responsibilities:
As the Vice President, DoW Mission Technology, you will be responsible for all aspects of strategy development, execution, and growth. You will be expected to develop and deliver to the annual financial plan, and to deliver year-over-year growth above the established market growth rates.You will also be responsible for actively driving and participating in new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth. In addition, youll provide oversight of program performance by enabling disciplined program management processes, and through participation in program management reviews and monthly operations reviews.
You will deliver on identifying trends in the market and customer base and will develop a comprehensive strategy for success in this portion of the market. Demonstrated thought leadership in the market and active engagement with customers are crucial to anticipate market needs, create value, and differentiating CACI from competitors.
Driving a culture of transparency through frequent communication and engagement with employees in the organization will be vital to retaining talent.You will be expected to develop the next level of leaders for succession planning, to drive accountability for performance excellence, and to actively communicate with employees through site visits, all hands meetings, and other methods of employee engagement.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
