Full Job Description
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design impact.

At least 4 years of experience designing either:
Ad Tech, Retail Media, Marketing Technology, Ecommerce, Analytics, or Measurement platforms
OR
AI-powered / AI-enabled product experiences, including decision-support tools, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or explainable AI experiences.
Deep expertise in either domain is acceptable; candidates are not required to have both AI and Ad Tech experience.
Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous product design initiatives as a senior individual contributor from discovery through delivery.
Strong ability to translate complex technical, data, business, AI, or decisioning logic into intuitive workflows, explainable insights, decision-support experiences, and compelling product narratives.
Experience designing complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, recommendations, alerts, notifications, or other insight-driven experiences.
Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
Demonstrated ability to use research, data, insights, and business context to inform design direction, communicate rationale, and influence cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with campaign management workflows, media planning, forecasting, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, optimization, reporting, attribution, or retail media platforms.
Experience designing explainable AI experiences that help users understand, trust, and act on recommendations, automations, or insights.
Experience partnering with engineering, data science, or technical teams on machine learning, analytics, optimization, decisioning, or platform initiatives.
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, visualization-driven experiences, recommendations, alerts, notifications, or reporting tools.
Ability to balance near-term product delivery with long-term experience vision, scalable patterns, and UX north-star thinking.
Growth mindset and passion for evolving design craft, mentoring others, and advancing the broader UX discipline.

Vendor Guidance
The hiring team is interested in candidates with strong expertise in either AI-powered product design or Ad Tech/Retail Media product design. Candidates are not expected to possess deep experience in both domains.
