What you'll do...
Role summary:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving the full software development lifecycle with a focus on cloud-native architecture and AI/ML integration. This role requires technical leadership in system design, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable requirements, promote engineering excellence, and continuously improve processes and tools. Your expertise will support innovation, operational efficiency, and the achievement of strategic business objectives.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
