Position Summary...

What you'll do...
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence product direction, mentor peers, and leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals while advancing innovation and operational excellence within the product area. This position demands a strategic mindset and authoritative leadership without direct people management responsibilities.

About the team:

The team leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. It combines deep customer and technical insights with mature product leadership to define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners, the team manages product lifecycle, prioritizes initiatives using data-driven insights, and explores emerging technologies. Members influence cross-functional stakeholders, mentor peers, and continuously seek improvements to deliver impactful solutions that align with broader business goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
