Position Summary...The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring laws and policies, developing and updating compliance procedures, and collaborating with leadership to address potential gaps. The position requires managing data analysis, reporting findings, and recommending strategic solutions to ensure consistent compliance. Additionally, the manager supports legislative assessment, leads impact evaluations, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. This role also includes supervising team members, promoting continuous improvement, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
