Position Summary...
As a Recruiter - Strategic Sourcer on the Walmart Connect team, you will act as a strategic sourcer partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions, focusing heavily on proactive, passive candidate engagement. You will manage sourcing campaigns, maintain candidate pipelines, and also have the opportunity to support end-to-end hiring for internal talent, where you will oversee structured interview processes to deliver a positive candidate experience. Utilizing data-driven insights and ATS tools, you will monitor hiring metrics and address pipeline risks proactively. This role demands strong communication, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges while upholding Walmart's standards of integrity and service excellence.
What you'll do...
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
• Manage requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and escalate risks to meet hiring goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and internal interview processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain data integrity across systems to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support internal requisitions as needed from posting to offer accept.
What you'll bring...
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and experience.
• Expertise in using ATS and CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
• Demonstrated skill in executing targeted sourcing campaigns and maintaining active candidate pipelines.
• Effective communication skills to provide timely updates and manage candidate experience throughout hiring stages.
• Ability to negotiate offers within compensation guidelines and escalate risks with clear context.
• Strong ability to manage structured interview processes and coach interviewers on evaluation techniques.
• Commitment to operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
• Experience pipelining for sales organizations is highly preferred.
• Workday and/or Avature experience highly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
