Overview

Institutional Client Group facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income & Currencies product suite and financing to institutional clients. This includes financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. In this role you will be responsible for covering important institutional clients within our Rates Sales team.

What You'll Do
  • Build and develop strong relationships with Insurance clients and internal partners at all seniority levels
  • Collaborate with product partners in Structuring and Trading to deliver creative ideas and solutions for your client base
  • Perform strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help identify new revenue opportunities with clients
  • Think strategically about the Business and stay on top of market themes/trends
  • Work closely with sales teammates in ensuring we deliver best in class service to the team's clients and stakeholders

Skills You'll Need
  • Series 7 & 63
  • Proven experience in Fixed Income and with Insurance clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating with various Deutsche Bank teams
  • Strong communication skills to put relevant content and ideas in front of clients, and persuade them to do business with Deutsche Bank
  • Quantitative skills include the ability to model trades and analyze complex trade ideas
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $170k-$200k. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
