OverviewDeutsche Bank's Fixed Income and Currencies business provides clients with access to the Bank's liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels.
As a Corporate Salesperson you will cover the Energy markets. Clients span a variety of sectors including industrials, consumers, natural resources and financial sponsors. The Energy Risk Management Solutions (RMS) group provides clients with full access to the Energy product suite, with this role focusing on Energy solutions from financial hedges to more complex structured solutions.
What You'll Do - Origination and front-to-back execution, including pricing and structuring Energy solutions
- Collaboration with Trading, Structuring, and Corporate Finance; focusing on Chief Financial Officers, Treasurers, and finance departments of corporate clients
- Partner with trading, structuring and infrastructure functions for client flow optimization and delivery of new solutions
- Lead Energy client perimeter expansion and penetration by the platform and originating new relationships
- Drive the product offering strategy in collaboration with trading and structuring
Skills You'll Need - A deep understanding of commodities products & a proven track-record in commodities sales
- Strong quantitative skills
- A thorough understanding of ISDA terms and Credit concepts
- A thorough understanding of accounting and regulatory matters in commodities
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

ExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $170k-$210k. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
