Position Overview Razor is seeking a UI/UX Designer to manage and enhance client websites in McLean, VA. This role will be responsible for maintaining website content and functionality while proactively developing creative approaches for presenting information and improving how content is delivered to stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Manage client websites, including updates to content and functionality.
- Support and maintain websites built using Joomla and WordPress.
- Produce high-quality website experiences aligned with client needs.
- Proactively propose and develop new mechanisms for presenting information on client websites and distributing information to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve website functionality and content presentation.
- Work closely with the Senior Communications Officer serving as Task Lead.
Required Qualifications - Professional UI/UX and website design experience appropriate for a senior-level role.
- Experience managing and maintaining websites.
- Fluency with both Joomla and WordPress.
- Ability to work independently and proactively propose creative web solutions.
- Ability to develop high-quality websites rather than solely executing predefined directions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
