The Trust Support Services Manager provides leadership across key trust operations functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. This role oversees multiple specialized teams and is responsible for driving operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.
You will play a critical role in aligning day-to-day execution with fiduciary standards and enterprise trust strategy while leading a high-performing operations organization.
Key Accountabilities- Lead multiple Trust Support Services teams to ensure consistent execution, performance, and service quality.
- Oversee trust operations activities including onboarding, account transfers, documentation, billing, and administrative reviews.
- Ensure adherence to fiduciary standards, OCC regulations, and internal policies through strong controls and oversight.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track productivity, quality, risk, and service levels.
- Drive process improvements and automation efforts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Relationship Management to align operational execution with business goals.
- Manage audit and examination readiness, including issue resolution and timely remediation of findings.
- Communicate operational performance and risk insights clearly to senior leadership.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in trust operations, fiduciary services, or wealth management operations
- 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience leading operational teams
- Strong understanding of trust accounting, fiduciary standards, and regulatory frameworks
Preferred- CSOP - Certified Securities Operations Professional
- CTOP - Certified Trust Operations Professional
- CTFA - Certified Trust and Financial Advisor
- CFIRS - Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist
