Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications preferred.
• 5-10 years' experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Familiar with FAA, USACE, NAVFAC, and state DOT specifications.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage diverse tasks.
• Ability to build positive relationships with project stakeholders.
• Experience managing union workforces effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Proactive in personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on construction sites across the country.
• Apply multi-faceted construction knowledge including earthwork and utilities.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
• Represent the company professionally and lead construction efforts.
• Direct onsite foremen and make critical project decisions.
• Communicate project plans clearly to foremen and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources and project strategies for success.
• Develop work schedules in collaboration with project managers.
