Job Function: - Oversee day-to-day compensation operations including offer modeling, incentive calculations, and support for annual compensation cycles
- Participate in market surveys and conduct analytical deep-dives into compensation structures across different roles and locations
- Build sophisticated Excel/Google Sheets models incorporating complex formulas for equity valuation and total rewards scenarios
- Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners while communicating directly with candidates about compensation structure and philosophy
Job Requirements: Job Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and operations, or related HR functions such as people analytics, HR operations, or business partnering
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including complex formulas, data modeling, and financial calculations (proficiency will be evaluated during interviews)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling confidential information
