Our client is seeking a proactive Total Rewards Specialist to act as a vital engine for their expanding compensation team within a fast-paced quantitative trading platform. In this role, you will balance high-volume data operations, like offer modeling and year-end cycles, with deep analytical deep dives into market trends and regional pay strategies. As you master the firm's internal frameworks, you will partner across teams to spearhead complex initiatives that directly influence the talent strategy in a highly competitive market.

  • Oversee day-to-day compensation operations including offer modeling, incentive calculations, and support for annual compensation cycles
  • Participate in market surveys and conduct analytical deep-dives into compensation structures across different roles and locations
  • Build sophisticated Excel/Google Sheets models incorporating complex formulas for equity valuation and total rewards scenarios
  • Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners while communicating directly with candidates about compensation structure and philosophy
