What You'll Own: - Ownership of the Professional Services vertical (Finance & Accounting, Admin, HR, Operations).
- Development of client partnerships across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Growth and leadership of a team of recruiters and BD consultants.
- Revenue performance across direct hire placements.
What You'll Do: - Drive new logo acquisition and client expansion.
- Build and coach a high-performing recruiting team.
- Maintain a personal desk while scaling team output.
- Implement process, structure, and best practices for consistent delivery.
- Partner with leadership to expand market footprint across offices.
Job Requirements:Who You Are: - 8-12+ years in professional services staffing (A&F, Admin, HR, Ops).
- Proven billings experience ($600K-$1M+ preferred).
- Strong full-desk background.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
- Entrepreneurial mindset-you know how to turn a desk into a division.
