E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) organization is dedicated to building a safe, sustainable, and high-trust marketplace where every customer enjoys a seamless purchase experience. Within GNE, the Experience Team focuses on delivering reliable, intuitive, and outstanding end-to-end journeys for all TikTok Shop users. We are seeking a strategic and self-driven Seller Integration & API Program Manager to lead API ecosystem development for our US TikTok Shop. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace operations, product strategy, platform partnerships, and ecosystem development, with a focus on enabling merchants through scalable integrations and third-party solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the US ISV ecosystem, identifying gaps in current API and merchant tooling capabilities, and driving initiatives that improve how sellers manage after-sales operations, logistics, dispute resolution, and overall marketplace workflows. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is excited to build new infrastructure and partnerships from the ground up. A product or technical background is strongly preferred, as you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform capabilities and integration strategy. Responsibilities: - Own the US Seller API & ISV ecosystem strategy, including ecosystem mapping, partner enablement, capability expansion, and operational roadmap development. - Serve as the primary liaison across Operations, Product, and Engineering teams for all API and ISV-related initiatives. - Research and analyze the US ISV ecosystem, including key players, integration models, and service provider capabilities across after-sales, logistics, ERP, customer support, and merchant operations. - Identify gaps in merchant tooling, Seller Center functionality, and API coverage, and drive prioritization of new capabilities such as exchanges, reshipments, advanced dispute handling, and other after-sales workflows. - Define business and operational requirements for new API features and integrations, translating merchant pain points and market insights into scalable platform solutions. - Build and manage strategic relationships with ISV partners, developing a deep understanding of their workflows, operational challenges, and integration needs. - Design and execute pilot programs with ISV partners to validate new integration models, workflows, and platform capabilities. - Monitor ecosystem health and partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, scalability, and operational efficiency. - Translate US market insights and merchant feedback into actionable recommendations for global Product and platform teams. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Merchant Success, Customer Service, and Operations teams to drive API and ecosystem initiatives from strategy through execution. - Represent the US market perspective in global discussions and contribute to long-term seller platform and ecosystem strategy development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree. - 5 years+ of experience in e-commerce operations, platform partnerships, API programs, ecosystem strategy, or related fields. - Proven Experience working with API ecosystems, ISV partnerships, merchant tooling, or platform integrations - either from an operator, platform, or vendor perspective. - Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to independently navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and build scalable processes from scratch. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize operational, technical, and business insights into actionable recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence leadership across product, operations, and policy. - Product or technical fluency strongly preferred, including experience working with APIs, technical documentation, integration workflows, or Engineering/Product teams.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
