Full Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for the executing growth plans for the Territory, and reports to the Region Manager. The TM is part of the Formica Market Team which includes A&D Specialists, Inside Sales, Customer Service and distributors' resources. The TM is responsible for working with the distributors and their reps to grow Formica territory business covering the state of California.

Job Title: Territory Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote)
Salary: $100,000 annual base compensation + Cost of Living Adjustment (based on location) + Annual Sales Incentive

A Short List of Your Tasks and Responsibilities
• Key focus is to engage customers with the various Formica market team: including the A&D Specialist(s), Inside Sales and external Distributor market teams including the OS reps and A&D reps for profitable growth in revenue and volume
• Ability to identify market opportunities, develop and execute company's sales strategy target account process with accounts handled through both distribution and direct Formica accounts
• Lead role is in target account process: identification, development-creating a value proposition for Formica-and closing
• ID and understand the transactional side of business at the distributor level for better planning.
• Enhance the partnership and relationship with the territory distributors to facilitate project tracking, execution of initiatives/promotions, and distributor sales force coaching

We're Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a focus in Business preferred,
• Knowledge of the strategic selling process and bidding phases, sales negotiation skills, demonstrated customer aptitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3+ years related sales experience
• Some overnight travel is required.
