Full Job Description
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio and reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the IT Leader will drive operational excellence and resilience while shaping and executing a North America modernization strategy in alignment with business priorities and ensuring operational continuity across mission-critical manufacturing systems. This role serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, balancing operational excellence with modernization across infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, and digital capabilities.
  • Lead the North America IT function and develop a clear technology roadmap that supports business growth, operational resilience, and long-term modernization.
  • Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business priorities into technology initiatives, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the reliability, security, and performance of core technology services, including infrastructure, networks, end-user computing, enterprise applications, and support operations guided by the definition of metrics and improvement plans.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities through governance, risk management, incident readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with group technology leaders on shared or coordinated infrastructure, applications, security, and contractual agreements.
  • Drive the evolution and improvement of ERP, manufacturing systems, analytics, AI, and data platforms to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, capability development, a culture of accountability and service, and continuity of institutional knowledge.
  • Oversee the technology portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized effectively, resourced appropriately, and delivered with clear business value.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels to optimize cost, performance, and strategic alignment.
  • Establish practical governance for data, access, technology standards, and change management to support compliance and sustainable scale.
  • Communicate technology strategy, progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership in a clear, business-focused manner.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility across operations, applications, infrastructure, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience aligning technology strategy with business priorities in a complex operating environment, ideally including manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, vendor governance, and IT financial management.
  • Experience leading enterprise applications and integrated business systems such as ERP, manufacturing systems, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and deliver cross-functional initiatives successfully.
  • Working knowledge of cloud services, modern infrastructure, data governance, and service delivery best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, practical, and business-oriented way.
