Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and resourceful Technology & Process Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our Saas software systems, as well as implementing and improving our internal IT systems. The ideal candidate should be strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for discovering and implementing new features in IT systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently while
meeting the needs of our internal and external users.

Responsibilities:
• Examine and evaluate current systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Identify system requirements by working with users to track additional requirements and features.
• Administer user access and permissions for Industry Specific Vendors and Cloud SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Dropbox, Notion, and others.
• Collaborate with the IT teams to build and implement new systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages internally as well as with 3rd party support teams, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Validate changes by testing programs and ensuring high levels of performance and data governance.
• Implement and maintain data governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Train users on new systems, provide support, and develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed. Assist Solution Architect / Project Manager Ensure deadline and budget
requirements are met.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.

Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of systems, software, cloud services, and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Experience with user management and data governance in cloud-based environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, Salesforce Certified Administrators, etc.) are preferred.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with interdisciplinary groups.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
