The Opportunity

At AFS, Technology Analysts play a critical role in helping federal agencies solve complex challenges through the power of technology, data, and human ingenuity. What You'll Do
  • Experiment with emerging technologies, including AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
  • Apply frameworks like Agentic AI to accelerate development and decision-making
  • Analyze business needs and help translate them into technology-enabled solutions
  • Support design and delivery of systems, dashboards, process automation, and prototypes
  • Conduct research and synthesize insights on digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI
  • Use structured, analytical thinking to solve problems for federal clients


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or adjacent field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Cybersecurity, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, with graduation by August 31, 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
