Job Description:

If you are looking for a team where you can lead the development of next-generation embedded flash memory technology, you've come to the right place. Our technology development unit is searching for a motivated Technical Staff Process Integration Engineer to drive process setup, silicon validation, and reliability qualification on tight schedules. It is an opportunity to work side-by-side with industry experts and foundries to take innovative memory solutions from initial concept all the way through to production.

Job description for this position includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Embedded flash memory technology development, including process integration, design rule scaling, device optimization, failure analysis, and yield enhancement.
  • Technical project management, working with cross-functional, cross-organizational team to accomplish process setup, test chip tapeout, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification on tight schedule.
  • Foundry/IDM/design house interfacing.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable.
  • Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus.
  • TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification knowledge highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams.


Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering major
  • 12+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor process integration
