Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred.
• 1+ year of industry experience, especially with stormwater products and regulations.
• Ability to understand client needs and guide them to suitable stormwater solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying technical information.
• Proficiency in interpreting civil site plans.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical skills for presentations and project specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively using CRM systems for accurate performance tracking.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of stormwater products and civil engineering trends.
• Improve consultative marketing and transactional selling skills.
• Own client relationships and deliver tailored solutions with internal support.
• Provide technical and marketing assistance to Contech team members as needed.
