What you'll DoLead and develop a cross-functional team of individual contributors across multiple locations, encouraging a collaborative, high-accountability culture.
Help drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects - from prioritization and planning through execution and measurement.
- Support increased workload and additional hours when required for key fiscal periods, such as Quarter End/Year End activities.
Inspire change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of process improvements and system changes across all impacted collaborators.
Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and business systems teams to define, prioritize, and deliver system improvements that improve operational efficiency.
Build and deliver enablement training programs to upskill internal teams on new tools, processes, and workflows.
Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for complex Revenue Operations challenges across the business.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align technical capabilities with revenue goals.
Find opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, partnering with teams to help drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Track organizational goals, important metrics, and risks, surfacing issues early, guiding problem-solving discussions, and driving follow-through resolutions.
What you need to succeed- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including managing multi-site teams.
Proven track record managing complex projects and inspiring change in fast-paced environments.
- Strong and creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and drives continuous improvement.
Proven ability to build positive relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across diverse teams and personalities.
A proactive, thoughtful, and practical working style, with a dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.
- Experience in developing and elevating talent within teams.
- Proficient business English to a high standard.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365, Salesforce) and revenue tech stacks.
- Background in SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience working with globally distributed or multi-site teams.
- Understanding of AI technologies and how they can drive success.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $129,700 -- $247,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $170,900 - $247,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
