Full Job Description
What You'll Do in Your First 6-12 Months
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting - Execute end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and other technical roles while delivering a thoughtful candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build high-quality candidate pipelines - Proactively source and engage exceptional talent through outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional hiring process - Keep searches moving efficiently through strong communication, thoughtful coordination, and disciplined pipeline management while providing a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers - Collaborate with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, refine candidate profiles, and support interview calibration throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting - Use recruiting data, candidate feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and recruiting processes.
  • Leverage recruiting technology and AI - Utilize Ashby and modern AI-powered recruiting tools to automate workflows, improve candidate engagement, and work more efficiently.
What You Bring
  • 1-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for technical roles.
  • A track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to successfully fill open roles and deliver a positive hiring experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high bar for execution.
