Position Summary

Xpansiv is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high impact, highly regulated initiatives across our Platform portfolio, including Registry, Power, and Managed Solutions. This role is built for an experienced delivery leader with 8+ years managing enterprise SaaS programs including complex data migrations, large tenders and compliance driven implementations. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating under formal contracts, SOC 2 Type 2 controls/NIST 800-53 or equivalent, and structured governance frameworks. Success in this role requires strong command of core project management disciplines - scope, schedule, risk, change management, and budget - and a proven ability to deliver predictable, audit ready outcomes for regulated clients across public sector, energy, utilities, financial services, or environmental markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across the Platform portfolio.
  • Accountable for the tracking and communication of complex project initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
  • Maintain and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, and dependencies across internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, delivery forecasts, and executive-level summaries for internal leadership and external partners.
  • Coordinate and lead execution of contracts and formal change control processes, including impact analysis, documentation, and governance approvals for scope, cost, or schedule changes.
  • Ensure all work performed is traceable to contractual deliverables and approved project artifacts.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery, compliance, and dependency risks and issues in a regulated project environment.
  • Facilitate and coordinate testing readiness, user acceptance, and go-live activities to ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are met to SLA standards.
  • Serve as a coordination point between internal delivery teams - such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing/Sales - and external stakeholders operating under formal governance and oversight models.
  • Manage budget reports with Finance as required
  • Facilitate structured communications ensuring decisions and approvals are documented and auditable.
  • Supports executive briefings and stakeholder discussions as required to maintain alignment and trust.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation relevant to enterprise project delivery.
  • 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex data migration and conversion initiatives.
  • Disciplined with multiple PMP, PgMP, AgileScrum, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery under formal contracts, SOC 2 Type 2 audits, statements of work, and structured governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in the following project management and AI tools such as CoPilot, Visio, Microsoft Project, Atlassian tools, Visual Studio, etc.
  • Produces clear, decision oriented status reporting and documentation that stands up to regulatory, audit, and senior stakeholder scrutiny.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, risk, change, and requirements management.
  • Ability to work effectively with a global workforce
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and a selfstarter mindset
  • Experience delivering solutions for regulated or compliance-driven clients, including public sector, utilities, financial services, energy, or environmental programs.

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows:

New York: Compensation is expected to be between

$150,000-$160,000
