Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program management.
  • 7 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience delivering software and hardware projects, within iOS.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving and influencing large teams, including executives (e.g., Executive Director/VP level).
  • Ability to develop in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


About the job

This is a strategic, high-stakes leadership role for iOS and system services fundamentals for AR.

In this role, you will be the technical authority for the iOS architecture and delivery of the next generation of products. You will oversee a critical portfolio that ensures first-time integration for AR with iOS as well as system services fundamentals like media components. You will also lead mission control to ensure that the organization executes with high velocity while retaining stability and quality. You will require the ability to match technical excellence with strategic execution and an understanding of the product and the business. You will identify and resolve gaps in the technical stack along with current processes and tools to ensure successful delivery, as well as identify methods that contribute to operational scalability for the internal team. You will empower and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), driving the strategic roadmap for landing high quality products.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) 25% bonus target equity benefits
