Responsibilities
  • Develop and advocate product goal, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the product area, ensuring alignment with gUP goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis of users and their journeys, and use market and performer analyses to identify unmet needs and opportunities
  • Lead the end-to-end product life-cycle, from ideation and definition through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality innovative products in collaboration with engineering, design, and partner teams.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, partner-facing teams, and operations
