You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into functional specifications, supporting testing activities, and helping end users maximize the value of enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex business challenges while contributing to customer success through innovative and effective solutions.
Responsibilities- Customizing and implementing appropriate applications and solutions for external clients
- Analyzing client needs and participating in the design of business process requirements
- Translating business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications
- Testing, documenting, and training client personnel on functional and business applications software
- Guiding others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
Requirements- Equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and practices
- Sequel software experience
- Be able to anticipate potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view
- Be able to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
- Be able to work on your own with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Have the ability to train and mentor junior staff
- Be an expert of own discipline for clients
- Be able to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $68,300 - $113,900. If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $71,600 - $119,300.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $61,800 - $103,100.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
