Technical Architect Role Overview The Technical Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving enterprise-scale technology platforms that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. This role partners with engineering, data, security, and product teams to translate complex requirements into practical and future-ready architectures. Key Responsibilities Define cloud and platform architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails Lead the design and adoption of modern data and AI platforms, including GenAI capabilities Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence are embedded from design through production Provide architectural leadership across initiatives and mentor engineering teams Influence technical roadmaps and support long-term technology strategy Act as a technical authority to unblock delivery and reduce technology risk Partner with engineering, data, security, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions Drive innovation while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles Must-Have Skills Strong experience in enterprise-scale technology architecture Expertise in cloud architecture, platform design, and architecture governance Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient technology platforms Knowledge of modern data platforms, AI platforms, and GenAI capabilities Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence practices Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience influencing technical roadmaps and architecture decisions Ability to mentor teams and provide architectural gu idance across initiatives Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
