Senior Technical Analyst - Integration & Marketplace ServicesStrongsville, OH • On-SiteIn this role, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, implementation teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integrations that power our products and customer experience.
What You'll Do- Support and enhance our enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate integration delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve reliability.
- Promote API-first design, reusable integration patterns, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
