What you'll be doingYou'll be joining CIBC's Client Operations Technology. As the Consultant Technical Analyst , you'll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBC's enterprise architecture roadmap. You'll support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You'll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How you'll succeed- Strong communicator who excels at understanding, interpreting and delivering messages through verbal discussions and in writing
- Talented facilitator skilled in the art of negotiation and influencing
- Team member who can collaborate with diverse groups including business, technology, QA and vendor
- Experience as a technical lead is desirable
Who you are- You can demostrate at least 3 years in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. Familiar with change management and experience in completing change documents. Assist in resolving production issues reported by our business and technology partners. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and also taking into account non functional requirements. Research and analyze current system state and arrive at technology solutions and options. Document through various stages of the software development life cycle to adhere to our enterprise delivery framework standards. Scope and estimate project efforts while identifying risks and recommending mitigation efforts. Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure quality solutions are implemented meeting needs and expectations of our business partners. Manage relationship and work with vendors to support business case development It's an asset if you have experience with Application and/or Architecture Development.
