A critical priority for this role will be hiring team enablement-equipping recruiters and hiring managers with the education, tools, and objective AI assessment criteria needed to identify top talent efficiently, minimize bias, and drive high-velocity, high-quality hiring across our global footprints.

Core Responsibilities:

AI-First Process Redesign & Optimization
  • Workflow Architecture: Evaluate and completely redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows, shifting from legacy, manual processes to high-efficiency, AI-native talent pipelines (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and engagement).
  • Playbook Development: Author and maintain the modern TA "Best Practices" playbook, standardizing how AI tools are used to optimize daily workflows for recruiters, coordinators, and interviewers.

Education, Adoption & Change Management
  • AI Assessment Literacy & Training: Design and deliver continuous learning programs for the team and onboarding modules for the Talent Acquisition Team to elevate the TA team's technical proficiency and AI fluency.
  • Adoption Tracking: Lead change management strategies for all new tool rollouts across Talent, tracking user adoption rates and gathering qualitative feedback to overcome friction and ensure full utilization of technology investments.
  • Hiring Team Enablement: Enable hiring teams to seamlessly transition insights from AI top-of-funnel assessments into targeted, high-impact human interviews.

Tech Stack Optimization & Workday Integration business architect
  • System Design: Act as the primary business architect for the global TA tech stack, ensuring seamless interoperability between Workday HCM, Ashby ATS, Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated coordination tools.
  • Smart Configurations: Collaborate with the People Tech team to build native Workday workflows that integrate third-party AI assessment platforms, job boards, and automated communications.

Analytics, Adoption Insights & Data Integrity
  • Efficiency Metrics: Partner with People Analytics to architect a comprehensive dashboard (Workday, Tableau, or PowerBI) that measures traditional KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Funnel Conversion) alongside AI efficiency metrics (AI adoption velocity, automated screening accuracy, and time saved).
  • Strategic Insights: Translate complex process data and adoption metrics into actionable, executive-level insights to guide future workforce planning and tooling investments.
