This leader will manage a TA team that supports global positions in the US, Canada and Netherlands. This leader will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT).
This role will be based in our Rogers, AR office, 3 days a week. What the Candidate Will Do - Build strong relationships across the company and proven track record of driving results

- Imbed in candidate experience and new hire experience while coaching and mentoring recruiting org

- Address challenges and roadblocks in the recruitment process

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition Leadership experience
- Prior experience as a Recruiter
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading, coaching & developing a team
