The Systems Engineering family is responsible for the entire technical effort to evolve and verify solutions that satisfy client needs. The primary focus is centered on reducing risk and improving the efficiency, performance, stability, security, and quality of all systems and platforms. The Systems Engineering role specializes in the analysis, evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and debugging of all middleware, mainframe, and distributed platforms, tools, and systems of the firm.

Specific Responsibilities:

Skilled MacBook Engineer with expertise in managing macOS devices using Microsoft Intune. Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure deployment, configuration, and management of MacBook devices within our organization. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, providing technical support, and staying updated on industry best practices.

MacBook Management:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain MacBook devices across the enterprise.


  • Ensure macOS devices are up to date with the latest operating system and software patches.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on MacBook devices.


Microsoft Intune Management:

  • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for macOS devices to enforce security policies, software deployment, and remote device management.


  • Create and maintain device profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access rules.


Security and Compliance:

  • Enforce security best practices for macOS devices, including encryption, firewall configurations, and application whitelisting.


  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.


Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain documentation related to MacBook management processes and procedures.


  • Train end-users and IT staff on macOS device usage and best practices.


Vendor and Software Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and procure hardware and software solutions for macOS devices.


  • Manage software licenses and subscriptions related to macOS applications.


Stay Informed:

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to macOS device management, security, and productivity tools.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience


The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
